Quality Assurance Engineer for Mobile in AVAST Software s.r.o
About Avast: Maker of the most trusted security software in the world, including Avast Free Antivirus, protects more than 230 million people, computers, and mobile devices.
Role: As an Quality assurance engineer in Mobile team I am responsible for quality of Avast mobile products on iOS and Android platforms. I am developing complete testing solutions including:
- Risk analysis identified from use cases, corner cases, technology risks, performance risks etc.
- Test plans which defines testing strategy, scopes, tests.
- Automated tests written in Java using JUnit framework or Robolectric framework.
- Execute manual test, automated scripts, ensure monitoring tests executed by Jenkins jobs.
Overall, my most important output is quality of Avast product in the store.

Software Design Engineer/Test II in Concur Technologies
About Concur: Forbes recently ranked Concur the #1 Most Innovative Growth Company in the World! At the forefront of the cloud and mobile computing space, Concur is on mission to create “The Perfect Trip”. Driving evolution in the travel industry.
Role: Quality assurance engineer in Client Validation team responsible for creating test scopes designed for specific client customizations of Concur products and based on client incidents, writing complex end-to-end test scenarios based on tests scopes and automating these scenarios in Framework build on Selenium 2, written in Java. Creating Page Objects and Functional Objects, represented by Java Classes, which are used in many automated tests to make them effective and stable.
Note:The biggest place of Concur influence to my career growth I see in opportunity to work independently in very various environment which includes different locations around world, huge amount of different nations and cultures. This increased a lot my language, communication and organization skills. By technical point of view I program in Java every day.

About Accenture: Company’s business is structured around five operating groups, which together comprise nineteen industry groups serving clients in major industries around the world, Communications, Media and Technology, Financial Services etc.
Role: As Analyst in Consulting – System Integration I joint four projects in various phases of IT systems planing, developing or implementation. I had opportunity to work on great projects with great people from many great companies.
Note: Work for Accenture was really high performance challenge. I had 587 hours of overtimes in first year, but Because of that intense experience, I learned extensive knowledge about IT systems overall.

Nov 2012 – Dec 2012
Project description: Core Banking Transformation Program, Initial Phase. Step-by-step integration of all banking systems to one new Core Banking system (build on Finacle Solution) which will replace currently existing two different core systems.
Role: As Analyst in Integration team I created Solution Design focused on providing Payment Cards services. I developed document which was based on information gathered on client side and serves to third parties as list of tasks.
Apr 2012 – Nov 2012
Project description: Second release of bank system consisting from, primary focused on adding functionality for providing cash loans and integration with all client’s systems e.g. Back Office and Front Office or internal Call center.
Role: Test Analyst responsible for preparation of testing consists of gathering information on client side or other suppliers, updating/creating test data, test cases, test sets and automated test scripts in first couple of weeks on project. On other phases of project I was responsible for test execution, analysis and reporting issues.

Project and Description:Risk Management in Reinsurance.
Development and implementation of solution for risk management in the insurance industry with all required functionality.
Role: Analyst cooperating on technical design. My responsibility was to process functional design (Presentation layer) based on system technical requirements create solutions for Business logic layer and Data access layer .

Project and Description:Telco (Siebel), PL/SQL + nice to have billing, Kenan. Design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.
Roles:
Administrator of Siebel Tibco and Kenan responsible for the deployment on environment, export and completion of packages, analysis and solving of incidents.
Test Analyst responsible for creating, updating and performing of test scripts using Apache JMeter and IBM Rational Performance Tester. Analysis and reporting of results. Creator of the test data.

About Generali Development s.r.o.: Generali Development Ltd. headquartered in Prague, was established to ensure IT services for the Generali Pojišťovna a.s. and others companies within the Generali PPF Holding.
Role: As LotusScript and @Formula for Lotus Notes/Domino programmer in Shared Applications Development I was responsible for Editing or Completing small or middle application sources mainly focused on adding new features to existing intranet.
Note:This was great challenge because I had no experience with Lotus Notes at all, and after one weekend of intensive learning I started to code first application.

Role:As Analyst and Tester in System Architecture and Implementation I joint two projects in various phases in IT system implementation.
Note: This was place where my carrier on IT projects really started. For the first time I really influenced applications which were delivering crucial features for Big customers.
